Email marketing, list building - HELP?
I been doing affialite marketing using article marketing solely building a landingpage with a hoplink to the merchant account .now I want to move to email marketing and list building.however I am a bit consufed and was hopping if you guys could help me here.I was thinking this business plan and need your advice sqeeze page with some bullet points and a free ebook giveaway.when the user submist his her name and email gets an double optin email and receives a free ebook over his her email.and it also redirects to the merchant main page.after that the user receives 5 emailsthe thank you with the ebook instant did you received the ebook? how did you find was it usefull? 3 days after here are few more things you should know 3 days later here are some frequent question and people ask me 3 days later this is the answer for all your problems main product launch 3 days later Am I on the right track?also, how do I track if the user purchased the product or not?? cause I then want to sort the list from those of are buyers and from those who are still not buyers, so I can send them more insentives.thanks in advance

Grade II listed building, but outbuildings not listed. Planning?
We are considering buying a beautiful grade II listed building in North Wales on the England Wales border, and have plans to convert the stables and garaging into holiday homes of some sort. We have found out that the house is in a conservation area, and although the house is listed the outbuildings are not.. We intend to restore the house to it's former glory and allow people in the holiday lets to use the gardens, what are the chances of having our plans refused?We are not worried about restoring the house, we are more concerned about converting the stables, as if planning is refused, we will have put all of our money into a project that will not be able to be a business.Has anybody else acheived this sort of thing?Bat, thanks for your advise, I'll give them a ring tomorrow.

Can i make changes to a listed building?
I am working on this site as a architectural student, proposing a scheme. However the site has a grade 2 listed building on it. I want to know wether i can make alterrations to it. e.g. alterrations to the facade, extend, connect another building to it, or even add contemporary structure to it? any advice or help will be much appreicated.

Is the installation of a gas boiler and flue a VAT deductable work on a listed building? If not, any idea what IS VAT deductable?
