It depends on what you want to sell, or what your website is about. Every affiliate program I have ever seen is free to join. The problem is their payout rules. Some won't pay until you get a certain amount of sales, and if you don't make enough sales in an allotted amount of time they won't pay out. I'm thinking Commission Junction is one that does that. One of the worst I've heard of is Amazon as far as poor payment. Their percentages are so poor it's very difficult to make much money. The best programs are those that pay for clickthroughs or for leads. You can make quite a bit of money with those, but they are harder to find. Also, clickbank is very good for digital products. Most products you sell through clickbank will pay 50 to 75 percent of the sale. |
